3.2. Free shipping may be available for orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at unique cosmetics. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 

**1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges**

 

1.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

1.2. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the original purchase date. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

**2. Return Process**

 

2.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at unique cosmetics or by phone at 27715059400. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

 

2.2. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s).

 

2.3. Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, including the return authorization number, and ship them to the address provided by our customer support team.

 

**3. Refunds**

 

3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

3.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days] days.

 

**4. Exchanges**

 

4.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.

 

4.2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your exchange order has been processed.

5.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

5.2. If you are shipping an item(s) over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

**6. Damaged or Defective Items**

 

6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damaged or defective item(s). We will replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you.
